(obr. 1)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3229 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zahadyazajimavosti.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/zaz_Zabije-nas-zareni_fukusima.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"338\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zahadyazajimavosti.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/zaz_Zabije-nas-zareni_fukusima.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.zahadyazajimavosti.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/zaz_Zabije-nas-zareni_fukusima-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Elektr\u00e1rna byla samoz\u0159ejm\u011b odstavena, chladic\u00ed syst\u00e9my se zastavily, a v\u00fdsledkem byl \u00fapln\u00fd kolaps t\u0159\u00ed reaktor\u016f. I kdy\u017e nastal ten nejhor\u0161\u00ed sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159, reakce z\u00e1chran\u00e1\u0159\u016f, obsluhy i org\u00e1n\u016f st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy byla rychl\u00e1 a efektivn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>A nyn\u00ed, dokonce i t\u0159i roky po katastrof\u011b, n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed pomatenci vykl\u00e1daj\u00ed o z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se pr\u00fd \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, \u017ee jde o v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed katastrofu ne\u017e v \u010cernobylu, a \u017ee pr\u00fd bude zp\u016fsobovat ohromuj\u00edc\u00ed po\u010det \u00famrt\u00ed n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed desetilet\u00ed nebo dokonce cel\u00e1 stalet\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Internetem se \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed \u0161okuj\u00edc\u00ed zpr\u00e1vy o tom, \u017ee z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed postupuje Pacifikem a \u017ee z\u00e1padn\u00ed pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed USA je \u00fapln\u011b mrtv\u00e9, americk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da objednala j\u00f3dov\u00e9 tablety, rakve atd\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u00edvejme se na tato tvrzen\u00ed a uvid\u00edme, zda m\u016f\u017eeme odd\u011blit fakta od fikce.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Je katastrofa ve Fuku\u0161im\u011b skute\u010dn\u011b nejhor\u0161\u00ed ekologick\u00e1 katastrofa v\u016fbec, nebo jde jen o bohapust\u00e9 dezinformace?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dejme tuto ud\u00e1lost do kontextu s dal\u0161\u00edmi dv\u011bma nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi jadern\u00fdmi katastrofami: v\u00fdbuchem reaktoru v \u010dernobylsk\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rn\u011b na Ukrajin\u011b v roce 1986, a \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 roztaven\u00ed reaktoru v elektr\u00e1rn\u011b <em>Three Mile Island<\/em> v Pennsylvanii v roce 1979.<\/p>\n<p>Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm momentem pro pochopen\u00ed podstaty hav\u00e1rie JE, je uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed si, o jak\u00fd druh reaktoru jde, a tedy, jak\u00fd je v n\u011bm moder\u00e1tor. Moder\u00e1tor je l\u00e1tka, kter\u00e1 zpomaluje rychl\u00e9 neutrony, kter\u00e9 \u0161t\u011bp\u00ed radioaktivn\u00ed uran, p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed svou kinetickou energii na tepelnou energii, a ud\u011bl\u00e1 z nich pomal\u00e9 neutrony. Pomal\u00fd neutron m\u00e1 mnohem v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee zas\u00e1hne dal\u0161\u00ed j\u00e1dro uranu. To umo\u017en\u00ed \u0159et\u011bzovou reakci, p\u0159i kter\u00e9 palivo produkuje dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed tepla k pohonu konven\u010dn\u00edho parn\u00edho gener\u00e1toru.<br \/>\nV\u011bt\u0161ina jadern\u00fdch reaktor\u016f pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 vodu jako moder\u00e1tor. D\u00e1me-li uranov\u00e9 palivov\u00e9 ty\u010de do vody, ve spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 konfiguraci, z\u00edsk\u00e1me \u0159\u00edzenou \u0159et\u011bzovou reakci.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u010cernobylsk\u00e1 JE,<\/strong><\/em> nicm\u00e9n\u011b m\u011bla velmi odli\u0161n\u00fd typ reaktoru. Ten vznikl u\u017e b\u011bhem druh\u00e9 sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky k v\u00fdrob\u011b plutonia pro jadern\u00e9 zbran\u011b. Skl\u00e1d\u00e1 se z grafitov\u00fdch blok\u016f, p\u016fl metru dlouh\u00fdch a \u010dtvrt metru \u0161irok\u00fdch, s otvorem v pod\u00e9ln\u00e9 ose. Tyto grafitov\u00e9 bloky byly pou\u017eity jako moder\u00e1tor.<\/p>\n<p>Probl\u00e9m tohoto reaktoru s grafitov\u00fdmi bloky je ten, \u017ee grafit ho\u0159\u00ed. B\u011bhem zkou\u0161ek s vypnut\u00edm chlazen\u00ed do\u0161lo vinou obsluhy k zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed moder\u00e1toru. Nechlazen\u00fd ho\u0159\u00edc\u00ed grafit zp\u016fsobil explozi betonov\u00e9 konstrukce reaktoru. Ud\u00e1lost v <em>\u010cernobylu<\/em> je p\u0159esn\u011b ten d\u016fvod, pro\u010d se u\u017e nikde nebude stav\u011bt reaktor moderovan\u00fd grafitem. (1)<\/p>\n<p>Jadern\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny v <strong><em>Three Mile Island<\/em><\/strong> a ve <em><strong>Fuku\u0161im\u011b<\/strong><\/em> m\u011bly reaktory moderovan\u00e9 vodou. To byl jeden z nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch aspekt\u016f zlep\u0161en\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti JE na po\u010d\u00e1tku 60. let 20. stolet\u00ed. Z\u00e1kladem fuku\u0161imsk\u00e9ho reaktoru je tzv. BWR (varn\u00fd reaktor). (2)<\/p>\n<p>Moderuj\u00edc\u00ed voda, kter\u00e1 je tak\u00e9 chladic\u00ed, je zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00e1 k varu a poh\u00e1n\u00ed parn\u00ed gener\u00e1tor.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fvodem hav\u00e1rie ve <em><strong>Fuku\u0161im\u011b<\/strong><\/em> je, \u017ee v\u0161echny zdroje energie k udr\u017een\u00ed chladic\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f byly zni\u010deny vlnou tsunami, v\u010detn\u011b z\u00e1loh, a jejich z\u00e1loh. Bez \u010derpadel nelze udr\u017eet syst\u00e9m v chodu, tedy ochlazovat vodu a vh\u00e1n\u011bt ji zp\u011bt do reaktoru. Palivo se za\u010dalo tavit. V uplynul\u00fdch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch obsluha st\u0159\u00edkala vodu do otev\u0159en\u00fdch reaktor\u016f, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo otev\u0159en\u00e9mu ohni a \u00faniku radioaktivn\u00edch zplodin do atmosf\u00e9ry. Tato kontaminovan\u00e1 voda se uchov\u00e1v\u00e1 v n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00edch, aby neunikala do mo\u0159e. (3)<\/p>\n<p>Reaktory v <strong><em>Three Mile Island<\/em> <\/strong>byly o krok nov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, tzv. PWR \/ VVER (tlakovodn\u00ed reaktor). V reaktoru se voda neva\u0159\u00ed, ale pod vysok\u00fdm tlakem zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 a p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1 teplo druh\u00e9mu okruhu. V\u00fdhodou je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed bezpe\u010dnost, nev\u00fdhodou ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost. (4)<\/p>\n<p>Ale jako ka\u017ed\u00fd syst\u00e9m, i tento se nevyhnul lidsk\u00e9 chyb\u011b. Zlomen\u00fd ventil zp\u016fsobil \u00fanik chladic\u00ed vody z j\u00e1dra reaktoru, a zmaten\u00e1 obsluha z nep\u0159esn\u00fdch informac\u00ed ud\u011blali prav\u00fd opak toho, co si situace vy\u017eadovala \u2013 vypnula p\u0159\u00edvod chlad\u00edc\u00ed vody do reaktoru. Do\u0161lo k n\u00e1kladn\u00e9mu \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a oprav\u00e1m, ale v podstat\u011b nedo\u0161lo k \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9mu naru\u0161en\u00ed uzav\u0159en\u00fdch struktur JE. Nedo\u0161lo k \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdm zran\u011bn\u00edm, nikdo do 16 km neobdr\u017eel v\u00edce radiace, ne\u017e p\u0159i obvykl\u00e9m rentgenu hrudn\u00edku. Epidemiologick\u00e9 studie nep\u0159edpov\u00eddaly tak\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 \u00famrt\u00ed v budoucnu.<\/p>\n<p>V <em><strong>\u010cernobylu<\/strong><\/em> (obr. 3) v\u0161ak byla situace hor\u0161\u00ed. Reaktor explodoval, obrovsk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed velmi nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch radioaktivn\u00edch trosek bylo rozpt\u00fdleno na velkou plochu. Dva lid\u00e9 zahynuli p\u0159i v\u00fdbuchu. Skute\u010dn\u00e9 po\u010dty posti\u017een\u00fdch a n\u00e1sledky jsou uvedeny v publikaci \u201ePatn\u00e1ct let po \u010dernobylsk\u00e9 hav\u00e1rii \u2013 bilance zdravotn\u00edch n\u00e1sledk\u016f\u201c: \u201eAkutn\u00ed nemoc z oz\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed se projevila u pom\u011brn\u011b mal\u00e9 skupiny osob, nep\u0159esahuj\u00edc\u00ed 200- 300 jedinc\u016f, z nich\u017e 28 na toto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed zem\u0159elo. Sledov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159e\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed skupiny uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee mezi p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinami smrti 11 osob zem\u0159el\u00fdch do r. 1998 se vyskytuj\u00ed r\u016fznorod\u00e9 diagn\u00f3zy, z nich\u017e v\u011bt\u0161ina nesouvis\u00ed s oz\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm. N\u011bkolik p\u0159e\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch osob se stalo rodi\u010di.\u201c (6)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3228 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zahadyazajimavosti.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/zaz_Zabije-nas-zareni_cernobyl.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"337\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zahadyazajimavosti.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/zaz_Zabije-nas-zareni_cernobyl.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.zahadyazajimavosti.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/zaz_Zabije-nas-zareni_cernobyl-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e1le je t\u0159eba \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee \u0161t\u011bpen\u00edm uranu vznik\u00e1 v reaktorech velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed radioaktivn\u00edch prvk\u016f, zejm\u00e9na j\u00f3d-131 (131 I) a cesium-137 (137 Cs). 131 I je velmi nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd, ale na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed m\u00e1 velmi kr\u00e1tk\u00fd polo\u010das rozpadu &#8211; 8 dn\u00ed. Po 10 polo\u010dasech, \u010dili po asi 80 dnech, je v podstat\u011b pry\u010d a u\u017e nep\u0159edstavuje \u017e\u00e1dnou hrozbu.<\/p>\n<p>V JE Three Mile Island uniklo asi 560 GBq (gigabecquerel\u016f) 131 I, v \u010cernobylu to bylo asi 3 milion kr\u00e1t v\u00edc, asi 1760 pbq (petabecquerel\u016f).<\/p>\n<p>A jak je to s JE Fuku\u0161ima? Je to asi 500 pbq. To je asi mili\u00f3nkr\u00e1t v\u00edce ne\u017e v JE Three Mile Island, a asi t\u0159etina z \u010cernobylu. Ale \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed situace bylo velmi odli\u0161n\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Oblast kolem Fuku\u0161imy byla velmi rychle evakuov\u00e1na a profylaktick\u00fd j\u00f3d byl distribuov\u00e1n stejn\u011b rychle. Ani jedna z t\u011bchto v\u011bc\u00ed nebyla provedena v \u010cernobylu v\u010das. V\u00fdsledkem bylo, \u017ee v t\u011bch prvn\u00edch t\u00fddnech, kdy p\u0159edstavoval izotop 131 I ur\u010dit\u00e9 riziko, spousta lid\u00ed u \u010cernobylu byla vystavena jeho p\u016fsoben\u00ed, ale t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nikdo ve Fuku\u0161im\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Pak je tu je\u0161t\u011b c\u00e9sium 137 Cs, co\u017e je dlouhodob\u00e1 hrozba, o kter\u00e9 blogge\u0159i a novin\u00e1\u0159i \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed strach neust\u00e1le po fuku\u0161imsk\u00e9 hav\u00e1rii.<\/p>\n<p>Z JE Three Mile Island \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed c\u00e9sia neuniklo, ale v \u010cernobylu bylo 85 pbq roztrou\u0161eno po okol\u00ed. To m\u00e1 polo\u010das rozpadu 30 let, co\u017e je opravdu dlouh\u00e1 doba, a to je d\u016fvod, pro\u010d bude nutn\u00e9 po\u010dkat dal\u0161\u00edch 30 let, ne\u017e oblast kolem \u010cernobylu bude \u00fapln\u011b bezpe\u010dn\u00e1. Ve Fuku\u0161im\u011b 137 Cs byl v kou\u0159i ze spalov\u00e1n\u00ed paliva a byl v chladic\u00ed vod\u011b st\u0159\u00edkan\u00e9 do po\u0161kozen\u00fdch jader reaktoru. Bylo ho v\u0161ak maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 15 pbq, tedy jen n\u011bco m\u00e1lo p\u0159es \u0161estinu toho, co v \u010cernobylu, kter\u00e9 se dostalo do \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Jak\u00e9 je to v\u016fbec mno\u017estv\u00ed 137 Cs? Asi 4,7 kg. To je hrudka o n\u011bco men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e tenisov\u00fd m\u00ed\u010dek.<\/p>\n<p>Po\u010d\u00edtejme: 1 gram 137 Cs = z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed 3,214 TBq (terabecquerel). Becquerel je aktivita radioaktivn\u00ed l\u00e1tky, p\u0159i n\u00ed\u017e dojde k jednomu rozpadu atomov\u00e9ho j\u00e1dra za sekundu.<\/p>\n<p>I kdy\u017e jde o velmi mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed, 4,7 kg je mnoho atom\u016f, kter\u00e9 by mohlo v tenk\u00e9 vrstv\u011b jednoho atomu pokr\u00fdt i cel\u00fd sv\u011bt.<\/p>\n<p>Stejn\u011b jako u v\u0161ech nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch radioaktivn\u00edch prvk\u016f, byla provedena \u0159ada studi\u00ed i o \u00fa\u010dinc\u00edch na zdrav\u00ed 137 Cs.<\/p>\n<p>I kdy\u017e 137 Cs m\u00e1 radioaktivn\u00ed polo\u010das 30 let, biologick\u00fd polo\u010das m\u00e1 pouh\u00fdch 70 dn\u00ed. To je \u010das pot\u0159ebn\u00fd pro zv\u00ed\u0159ata i lidi, aby polovinu z toho vylou\u010dilo ze sv\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. To m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt urychleno na pouh\u00fdch 30 dn\u00ed p\u0159i l\u00e9\u010db\u011b. P\u0159i testov\u00e1n\u00ed na zv\u00ed\u0159atech, proveden\u00e9m v roce 1970, se zjistilo, \u017ee smrteln\u00e1 d\u00e1vka je 140 MBq na kilogram t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u017ee s trochou algebry v\u00edme, \u017ee hmotnost 4,7 kg 137 Cs, unikl\u00fdch ve Fuku\u0161im\u011b, by sta\u010dilo k zabit\u00ed jednoho a p\u016fl milionu lid\u00ed, p\u0159i jejich pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 hmotnosti 80 kg.<\/p>\n<p>Jen\u017ee je tu zase velk\u00e9 &#8222;Ale &#8230;&#8220; \u2013 Takov\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed se k nikomu na planet\u011b nedostane, i kdy\u017e kontaminace z Fuku\u0161imy je detekovateln\u00e1 po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, ve v\u0161ech org\u00e1nech lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed \u017eij\u00ed na t\u00e9to planet\u011b. To je podstata entropie. V\u011bt\u0161ina c\u00e9sia je ve vod\u011b ulo\u017een\u00e9 v n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00edch elektr\u00e1rny a v p\u016fd\u011b v evakuovan\u00e9 oblasti, a a\u017e zbytky byly rozneseny za pomoc\u00ed vody a atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fdch proud\u016f po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161e oce\u00e1ny obsahuj\u00ed jeden a p\u016fl miliardy kubick\u00fdch kilometr\u016f vody. Z 4,7 kg c\u00e9sia z Fuku\u0161imy by ka\u017ed\u00fd krychlov\u00fd kilometr vody obsahoval m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e jednu tis\u00edcinu smrteln\u00e9 d\u00e1vky c\u00e9sia. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, chcete-li zem\u0159\u00edt n\u00e1sledkem radiace z Fuku\u0161imy, budete muset vyp\u00edt jeden tis\u00edc krychlov\u00fdch kilometr\u016f mo\u0159sk\u00e9 vody, a n\u011bjak se v\u00e1m mus\u00ed poda\u0159it absorbovat ka\u017ed\u00fd atom 137 Cs z n\u011bj. Ryba\u0159en\u00ed bylo okam\u017eit\u011b zastaveno v Daiichi a v okol\u00ed, tak\u017ee neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd zp\u016fsob, jak z\u00edskat n\u011bjakou v\u00fdznamnou d\u00e1vku z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed z Fuku\u0161imy. Krom\u011b toho bezpe\u010dnost ryba\u0159en\u00ed byla loni demonstrov\u00e1na i japonsk\u00fdm premi\u00e9rem.
